I'd LOVE to comment! I'm one of Dr. Jeff's adult orthodontic challenges. In spite of how difficult and painful the process has been, the time spent in the office is generally fun, upbeat and positive. Each one of the assistants is kind, talkative, and positive - which is SO appreciated! I also appreciate being able to get in when needed and have issues and concerns addressed - never being made to feel as though I was asking/doing something that I shouldn't. Overall, it's been a positive experience and am sure the final outcome will be great...oh, and the chocolate chip cookies are pretty sweet!!
